The Acrystone® shower trays are extremely versatile and adaptable to any layout. Their contemporary design combines lightness and strength with a bacteriostatic gel coat surface that prevents microorganisms from forming.
All Acrystone® products (shower trays, wall panels, bathroom countertops) use resin with 25% post-consumer recycled PET bottles. Each tray recycles 100 bottles of 1.5 L PET ? totalling more than 11,250,000 bottles recycled per year.
The raw materials are 100% natural. 75% of each Acrystone® product consists of high-quality pure dolomite. Thanks to advanced R&D, Acrystone® offers superior performance compared to traditional materials: durable, elegant, and environmentally friendly.
The production process is energy-efficient. The polymerisation reaction between resin and minerals is exothermic and requires no external energy. The minimal required energy comes from sustainable sources such as wood pellets, avoiding fossil fuels entirely. Since 2018, 100% of the electricity used in manufacturing comes from renewable energy.
