Acrystone® shower trays are extremely modular. They adapt to all solutions, with a contemporary design. They are light and resistant, with an antibacterial gel coat surface that prevents the presence of microorganisms.
All products made with Acrystone® (shower trays, panels and bathroom vanity tops) use resin with 25% post-consumer recycled PET bottles. Each shower tray recycles 100 bottles of 1.5 l of recycled PET. (11,250,000 PET bottles recycled per year)
The raw materials used are natural. 75% of the composition of Acrystone® shower trays and countertops is high quality, high purity dolomite.
Thanks to the research and development of advanced technologies, Acrystone® is an exceptional material that surpasses traditional materials. It is resistant, noble and harmonious in our environment.
The manufacturing processes used are energy efficient. The chemical reaction of polymerization, of the resin and the mineral, does not require any input of energy. A reaction called exothermic occurs.
The minimum, necessary energy comes from sustainable sources, such as wood pellets, thus avoiding the use of fossil fuels at all times.
All electrical energy, consumed in the manufacturing process, comes from 100% renewable energy sources since 2018.
